The client company agrees to remain a monthly-billed accounting client of Bentor Oy for a minimum of 36 consecutive months, starting from the moment the client first submits accounting materials to Bentor Oy or the client relationship is otherwise deemed to have begun. This agreement applies exclusively to the client company\u2019s business ID (Y-tunnus).\n\nIf the client company wishes to terminate the client relationship before the 36-month term has been fulfilled, the client agrees to pay a contractual penalty of \u20ac500 + VAT immediately. This penalty does not apply if the business operations are discontinued entirely. However, if the business continues under a different business ID, the penalty must be paid.\n\nThis penalty is considered a one-time compensation for the initial work invested in the client\u2019s business, such as evaluating the client\u2019s social security and unemployment coverage.\n\nIf the client pays the contractual penalty, the client relationship may be considered immediately terminated upon the client\u2019s written request, provided all other invoices from Bentor Oy have also been paid.<\/p>\n

If the client has not chosen the 36-month contract period and is instead on a monthly subscription of \u20ac79.90 + VAT, no such contractual penalty will be charged, and the agreement can be terminated in accordance with the standard TALPA contract terms.<\/p>\n

Asiakasyritys sitoutuu olemaan Bentorin Oy:n kk-laskutteisena tilitoimisto asiakkaana v\u00e4hint\u00e4\u00e4n 36 kuukautta yht\u00e4jaksoisesti, alkaen siit\u00e4 kun asiakas ensimm\u00e4isen kerran l\u00e4hett\u00e4\u00e4 Bentor Oy:le kirjanpitoaineistoa tai asiakkuuden voidaan katsoa muusta syyst\u00e4 alkaneen. T\u00e4m\u00e4 sopimus koskee yksinomaan asiakasyrityksen y-tunnusta. Mik\u00e4li asiakasyritys haluaa lopettaa asiakassuhteen ennen 36 kuukauden m\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4ajan t\u00e4yttymist\u00e4, asiakasyritys sitoutuu maksamaan sopimussakkona v\u00e4litt\u00f6m\u00e4sti 500\u20ac+alv. Sakkoa ei tarvitse maksaa mik\u00e4li yritystoiminta lopetetaan, mutta mik\u00e4li se jatkuu toisella y-tunnuksella, tulee se silloin maksaa.
